We are so committed to the idea that good brain health means good mental health that we took the time and paid the expense to become certified from the Amen University Courses  in Brain Health Coaching.  Our approach to mental health involves helping you understand your symptoms from a brain health perspective.  There is a neurophysiology associated with your symptoms of depression and anxiety.  As Certified Brain Health coaches we are committed to helping you develop and maintain the highest achievable brain health because we now that if your brain is healthy you will be mentally healthy.   A good starting place when it comes to developing a brain healthy perspective is to read Dr. Amen's book, "Change your Brain, Change your Life".   

If you are feeling depressed we want to come along side you and help you understand how your symptoms are related to your brain.  We can help you understand what part of your brain is associated with anxiety and panic attacks.  We can talk to you about what you can do to support good brain health and how that can help you in your struggle against the symptoms of anxiety and depression.
